- NSN 1670-01-321-4696, Cushion, Seat Back, Aircraft used on the C-130 Hercules Aircraft. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min/Min Order Qty 352, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 1,099, Max Contract Qty per year is 2,095. Orders are to be shipped within 96 days After Receipt of Orders to stock locations in the Continental United States. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement may be accessed on the “C folders” link from the DIBBS website after the issue date of the solicitation. Solicitation is Full and open competition after exclusion of sources, 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is June 14, 2010 with a closing date of July 14, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
