The proposed trash rack will have 9-inch wide openings in front and approximately 7-inch wide openings on the sides. The approximate dimensions of the trash rack are ten feet wide by twenty feet tall. The site is located off of US Route 219 between Huttonsville and Valley Head, WV. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000. The required performance time is 84 calendar days, which includes a winter shutdown. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on, or about Thursday, 10 June, 2010. A Site Showing will be held for this project. The date and time will be posted in the bid package. Interested offerors may register at www.fbo.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
