- 4TH QUARTER SUBSISTENCE FOOD ITEMS FOR MDC GUAYNABO PUERTO RICO The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Metropolitan Detention Center Guaynabo, at Catano, Puerto Rico, intends to issue solicitation RFQP03061000005, for the procurement of the 4th Quarter, Fiscal Year 2010 FOOD ITEMS. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination. Delivery dates will begin July 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010 (with exact dates shown withing the awarded purchase orders). Delivery will be made to the Metropolitan Detention Center Guaynabo, at Catano #652 on road 28, Catano, Puerto Rico. The contract type is a Firm-Fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with the past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 26, 2010, and will be posted to the General Services Administration, Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date of receipts of quotes is June 16, 2010. Payments will be made using the Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.212-3 to complete their representation and certification via the on-line Representative and Certification Applications website (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov.
