This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attached RFQ# FA5205-10-Q-MM02 for detail. <Amendment# 0001> Acceptable FOB point was changed to Port of Embarkation (P.O.E.) Tracy, CA only. Closing date is 1130am JST 01 June 2010.
