- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS AWARDED THE ARCHITECT ENGINEERING SERVICES INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULLTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT NUMBER IBM09D0006 WITH TETRA TECH, INC., IBM09D0007 WITH MWH, AND IBM09D0008 WITH URS GROUP, INC. RECOVERY – The requirement is for the contractor to design rehabilitation improvements on the Mission Levee downstream of United Irrigation District Canal Structure to Inspiration Road located within the Lower Rio Grande Flood Control Project (LRGFCP). The proposed work for levee improvements consists of design of a retaining wall along the length of the landside of the levee for approximately 2.9 miles, to reestablish a ten foot maintenance road that adjoins the levee and the United Irrigation District Canal, located within Hidalgo and Cameron Counties in TX. The contractor will perform field surveys, provide bidding services, prepare specifications, plan and profile drawings, prepare an opinion of probable costs and design report, prepare project schedules, attend and conduct meetings, and prepare and submit monthly reports and minutes as required. THE RESULTING NEGOTIATED TASK ORDER MAY BE SYNOPSIZED AND ISSUED UNDER THE SUCCESSFULLY COMPETED AND EXISTING FIRM FIXED PRICE MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ A-E SERVICES CONTRACT(S) REFERENCED ABOVE.
