- The USDA, Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Northern Plains Area, has a requirement for "Repair and Maintenance to Industrial Process Building, Building 5, Phase A," at the Center for Grain and Animal Health Research, 1515 College Ave., Manhattan, KS 66502,. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, supplies and supervision to perform this work in accordance with the project plans and specifications. The NAICS code for this project is 238210 with a size standard of $14 million. This is a 100% total set-aside for competition among Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Magnitude of the project is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. The solicitation, AG-82HW-S-10-0015, with specifications and drawings will be available on the FedBizOpps web site on/about 6/14/2010.
