- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Rental of entire facility with IT support, screens, tables, and exhibitors booths. Must be able to provide an area that can hold up to 40 vendors with stands. SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK FOR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be in writing and shall Award shall be made to a single offeror. Quotes must include prices for each item listed in order that offers may be properly evaluated. Offerors shall include unit prices for each item. Failure to do so shall be cause for rejection of the entire offer. Award shall be made to that responsive, responsible offer whose total price is low and technically acceptable. (Also, see FAR 52.211-6) Solicitation closes 06/01/2010 All documents must be in by 9:00 A.M. All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be in writing and shall be emailed to alma.moore@usar.army.mil. Telephone calls will not be accepted. All requests should include the solicitation number, company name and address, CAGE code, Tax ID number, name and telephone number of person making the inquiry.
