RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO 8(a) CONTRACTOR BOSQUEZ ELECTRIC, LLC. The Contract Specialist for this action is Allen R. Bassett at 817-886-1051; or by e-mail at Allen.R.Bassett@usace.army.mil This contract action will be accomplished using Other Than Full and Open Competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-5(b)(4), Sole source awards under the 8(a) Program15 U.S.C. 637 and the Partnership Agreement dated 29 December 2009 between the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Department of Defense (DoD). As part of the utility project to insure the health and safety of the public, the contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, transportation, equipment, and materials necessary to install underground power utilities, electric pedestals, and necessary accessories to upgrade electric service to 50 amp to 64 recreational vehicle (RV) campsites at Cedar Breaks Park and 78 RV campsites at Jim Hogg Park at Georgetown Lake, Texas.
