- The US Army RDECOM Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA, has a requirement for 26,448 lbs of Nylon Resin type N42A-NC-NC010 sold only in North America by PolyOne Distribution, Ayer MA. PolyOne Distribution has been chosen by DuPont Engineering as the Contractor is distribute these polymers. This acquisition will be procured under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c )(1) as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), paragraph 6.302-1, entitled Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
