- The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. NAVSEA Indian Head has a requirement for the Talon-Ahura RMX Integration Kit. The proposed contract will only be negotiated with Foster-Miller Inc., a subsidiary of QinetiQ North America LLC, 350 Second Ave, Waltham, Massachusetts 02451.
