- PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Nebraska National Forest has three (3) road repair projects located across the Nebraska Forest. Project #1 is located on the Buffalo Gap National Grassland, Wall Ranger District, Wall, South Dakota. Project #2 is located on the Fort Pierre National Grassland, Pierre, South Dakota. Project #3 is located on the Bessey Ranger District, Halsey, Nebraska. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies, incidentals, and perform all work required in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of this contract. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $100,000 and $250,000. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: The solicitation, AG-82X9-S-09-0073, and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps as a Request For Proposal (RFP) and will be available for downloading on or about June 11, 2010 at the website address http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. The NAICS code is 237310. A Pre-Proposal Visit date will be included in the solicitation. Project duration is 60 calendar days from notice to proceed. All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) prior to award of a Federal contract. Registration may be completed on the internet at http://www.ccr.gov/. A handbook and other information are available at the site, including information on how to obtain a DUNS number, which is required to begin the registration process. Vendors are required to register at the Online Representations and Certifications website (ORCA); registration may be completed on the internet at http://www.bpn.gov.
