- "RECOVERY" This notice is released to announce the Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is seeking potential bidders for a Firm Fixed Price Contract that consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials and performing all work to clean equipment, provide testing, adjusting, and balancing for the HVAC system at the Pine Ridge Hospital, Pine Ridge, South Dakota. SPECIAL NOTICE: This requirement is funded under the American Recovery and reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). As a result, special contract clauses and additional reporting procedures shall apply to the final contract award. Set Aside Notice: This requirement is being advertised as Full and Open Competition. The Indian Preference Clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract. Bid Bond, Payment and Performance Bonds are required. Duration of the contract will be One Hundred Eighty (180) Days after contract award. Project Magnitude is $250,000 to $500,000 Request for the package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication which is June 14, 2010. THERE WILL BE A NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE OF TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25) FOR THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS.
