- The Idaho Army National Guard, under under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, intends to award sole source to Pacific Coast Systems, LLC for the following requirement: Line Item 001 QTY=6 EA: Under Vehicle Explosive Device (UVED) System, Mfr part no PCS-U-2320002 Line Item 002 QTY=6 EA: PCS Raven 155 Improvised Explosive Device Trainer, Mfr part no. PCS-R-2520001 After market research, it is understood that Pacific Coast Systems, LLC is the only vendor able to provide these items THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. All responsible sources capable of meeting the requirement must submit a capability statement by 3:30 pm MT 04 June 2010.
