- The Government is looking for sources of supply for the antenna with the salient characteristics below: Salient Characteristics for Dual Polarized Horn Antenna ATF requires a versatile dual polarized horn antenna that has a broad frequency range to support arc range antenna measurements. -Antenna must be small and lightweight enough to have several of the same antennas affixed to arc sled weighing 4lbs or less -Must have frequency range of 0.9 to 18 GHz -Gain must be 4-14dB (isotropic) across the entire band -VSWR must be less than 2:1 -Must be small enough to fit co-located with same type of antenna no bigger than 25x25cm -Must be weather proof for outdoor range usage
