- Description
- The Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, WV is seeking a qualified individual or organization capable of providing the services of a Roman Catholic Priest, on a contractual basis, to the female inmate population. The contractor must provide the services as required by the Statement of Work, and meet all the required certifications which apply to his/her specific faith group. The contractor shall provide an estimated 120 (1 hour) sessions per year. The Government intends to award a firm fixed priced, non-personal service requirements contract with a performance period beginning from date of award through September 30, 2011 with the Governments' unilateral right to exercise four (4) option years. The solicitation will be available on or before June 1, 2010, and will be distributed solely through GSA's Federal Business Opportunities web site https://fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information, includding amendments, concerning this acquisition will also be distributed through this site as well. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this solicitation. All qualified sources are encouraged to submit an offer which will be considered for award. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organization for contracts for which they are eligible. The estimated date for receipt of offers is July 28, 2010. Please ensure you supply all required documentation with your offer.
