- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for Elevator Maintenance Service at USARC, Mesa, AZ. This project will consist of, but is not limited to the following: Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other supplies and services to manage and perform all operations for elevator maintenance. This will include quarterly examination, lubrication and adjustment of elevator equipment. Also included is yearly performance of relief pressure tests on hydraulic elevator. In addition, monthly monitoring of telephone service and employee training on incoming emergency telephone calls. Solicitation number is W9124N-10-R-0056 will be available on or about Thursday, 3 Jun 2010. Proposals are due Friday, 18 Jun 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time). Questions are due NLT 9 Jun 2010. This acquisition is set-aside as a 100% Small Business concern. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 333921 with a size standard of 500 employees. Delivery date is required by 30 days from date of award. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation number W9124N-10-R-0056 will be available on or about Thursday, 3 Jun 2010 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov), and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/).
