- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Berger Abram, Inc., W912DW-10-D-1008 This is an order under an existing Architect-Engineer Indefinite-Delivery Type Contract that was awarded using the Brooks Act procedures. This forthcoming task order provides for the A-E to perform construction support services for the above recovery projects which were recently awarded under Contract W912DW-09-D-1012, Task Order 0006. All projects listed in this task order fall under the American Recovery and Re-Investment Act of 2009.
