- Description
- The Air Force Services Agency Recreation Division, in San Antonio, Texas is exploring opportunities to trade in four aircrafts (i.e. one Beechcraft and three Cessna's) in exchange for a Piper Arrow aircraft, Model I or II with the following specifications: Mid time engines or less (Not to exceed 1300 hours total time or less); Paint and interior in good condition; IFR Flight Certified; IFR Certified GPS capable of IFR approaches (Garmin 430 is preferable). This Request for Information (RFI) is extended to FAA certified companies authorized to sell Piper Arrow aircraft. Air Force Services is exploring this opportunity for one of our bases. The base is interested in a possible even trade at no additional cost, if feasible. This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a request for proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any follow-on acquisitions. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of the RFI or otherwise pay for the information solicited. No entitlements to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of a submission of responses to the RFI and Government use of such information.
