- "Recovery" This notice is released to announce the Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is soliciting bids with "Certified Abatement" Contractors for the Removal and Replacement of Hazardous Materials at the Minne-Tohe Health Center Staff quarters on the Fort Berthold Reservation, North Dakota. SPECIAL NOTICE: This requirement is funded under the American Recovery and Reinvesment Act of 2009 (ARRA). As a result, special contract clauses and additional reporting procedures shall apply to the final contract award. Duration of the contract will be Two Hundred Fifty Days (250) from Notice to Proceed date. Project Magnitude: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 Bid Bond, Payment and Performance Bonds are required. Set Aside Notice: This requirement is being advertised as Full and Open Competition. The Indian Preference Clause in employment and subcontracting is made a part of this solicitation and resultant contract. IFB-241-2010-3537 will be available approximately fifteen (15) days after publication. There will be a non-refundable charge of Twenty Five ($25.00) dollars for the solicitation documents.
