- Presolicitation / Advance Planning Notice: For Informational Purposes Only, N00421-10-R-1040. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Scope: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) anticipates a requirement for Organizational, Intermediate and Depot Level aircraft maintenance and logistic support for the MH-60S aircraft and Support Equipment (SE) for which the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Detachment (NSWC PCD) has maintenance responsibility. The resulting vehicle will be a cost-plus-fixed-fee/labor hour, performance-based, type contract. The contract will be for a 5-year period of performance. The requirement will be offered as a Service-Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside, performance-based RFP. NAICS Code is: 488190, FSC Code: J105.
