- RFQ Number: NTSBQ100012 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is NTSBQ100012. This requirement is issued as a small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 443120- Computer and Software Stores. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) solicits offers for the following DeLorme items: AO-008209-102, AS-008045-201, and AO-008203-102. In addition to the one-year base service period for item number AS-008045-201, option pricing is desired for an additional four (4) one-year service periods for this item. Items shall be made available to the National Transportation Safety Board for use by July 1, 2010. Please refer to the attached RFQ for a list of contract line item numbers and items, quantities, and descriptions. An award will be made to the Offeror (an authorized DeLorme dealer) whose quote conforms to the RFQ and represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to Patrick.Martinez@ntsb.gov no later than 4:30 pm (Eastern Time) June 11, 2010. Please refer to the attached RFQ for additional information regarding quote submission instructions. Questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to Patrick Martinez at Patrick.Martinez@ntsb.gov no later than 5:00 pm (Eastern Time) June 3, 2010.
