- This is a notice of intent from Mission Installation and Contracting Command Center (MICC C) Fort Sam Houston (FSH) Texas to award a purchase order for the lease of one mobile 200-ton chiller for the Directorate of Public Works to Texas Gulf Refrigeration, Inc., Angleton, TX. This contract will have a four month base period with four two-month options. The period of performance will be from 11 June 2010 to 10 October 2010, if all options are exercised, through 10 June 2011. MICC-C-FSH intends to solicit and negotiate with Texas Gulf Refrigeration under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) and as implemented in FAR Part 6.301. Award will be made before 11 June 2010; however, the Government will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date and time of the solicitation. A solicitation will be issued on or about 3 June 2010 and will close on or about 9 June 2010 at 12:00 P.M. CDT. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 and the small business size standard is $14,000,000.00. This notice of intent is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers.
