- The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to DRS C3 Systems,Inc., Horsham, PA, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for the procurement ofTactical Data Link /SATCOM Engineering Services and Equipment. Only partsmanufactured by DRS will satisfy the Government needs to ensure compatibilitywith the existing equipment. This requirement is for commercial items and willbe prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. A Firm FixedPrice, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract is anticipatedwith abase year with four one-year options. The NAICS Code is 334290 and theapplicable size standard is 750 employees. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE MADEAVAILABLE AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS NOT A REQUESTFOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
