- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-10-Q-0458 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41, Defense Circular Number 20100519 and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-0402. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 333512. 0001 - Plasma cutting system and software capable of cutting ferrous and non-ferrous metal up to 1" thick. System must also be capable of utilizing/attaching to the Miller Spectrum 1251 Cutting attachment, already on hand, to cut programmed shapes in the fabrication of aircraft parts/fittings no longer available by the manufacturer. Shipping will be FOB Destination to F1PT7A - AMARG CENTRAL RECEIVING, 4860 S. SUPERIOR AVE BLDG 7328, DAVIS-MONTHAN AFB, AZ 85707-4305. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offeror -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price and technical acceptance. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
