Description
Coyote Valley Dam/Lake Mendocino Project is located approximately 5 miles north of Ukiah, CA. Lake Mendocino is a 1,822 acre multi-purpose flood control and recreation facility. Project Headquarters: 1160 Lake Mendocino Dr. Ukiah, CA 95482 The "Boundary Survey, with Improvements Shown" request for Lake Mendocino / Coyote Valley Dam Project is now a full-fledged, multifaceted area of expertise survey. The identified areas of expertise best serving the needs of the USACE include: 1. Certified Title Search Report for Federal Park lands, 2. Land Surveying (Boundary Surveying & Project Management Coordination), 3. Aerial Photogrammetric Surveying (Topographic 'Aerial Planimetric' Surveying, indicating improvements to be shown & Digital Terrain Modeling [DTM]), 4. Multibeam Hydrographic Surveying of submerged lands (Hydrographic Surveying, indicating improvements to be shown & Digital Terrain Modeling [DTM]). The Contractor shall serve as Project Surveyor-In-Charge over all areas of expertise (1, 2, 3, and 4) identified above. The Contractor shall be directly responsible for all Land, Aerial Photogrammetric and Hydrographic Survey compilation, and provide a standard signed and sealed certification as regulated by the California Land Surveyor's Act for a "Boundary Survey, with Improvements Shown." The Contractor shall require all professional surveyor sub-consultants to provide a standard signed and sealed certification as required by the California Land Surveyor's Act for their respective area of expertise contribution to the "Boundary Survey, with Improvements Shown." All work performed within each area of expertise shall be protected with Professional 'errors and omission' Insurance, as required by contract.
