- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is an unusual and compelling urgency and a delay in award would result in serious injury, financial or other, to the Government (FAR 6.302-2). See posted J&A for further information. Provide labor, equipment and material to install four inch Schedule 40 conduit system four way with one inch innerducts. Provide and install two seven-foot floor racks and four vertical wire management panels with covers in the new ammunition Supply Point Administration Building. Provide and install two 216 single mode fiber optic cables from new riser pole to new ASP building. Delash and remove existing fiber cable from Building 25-20 to new riser pole at new ASP Admin Building.
