- In the upcoming days the U.S. Army Engineer District, Mobile P.O. Box 2288, 109 Saint Joseph Street, Mobile, Alabama, 36628-0001, will be advertising a supply contract for the acquisition of surveillance cameras for all ten (10) locks on the Tennessee Tombigbee Waterway in accordance with the specifications. This purchase will be 100% funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Such Procurement will be identified as being Recovery Act funded, and detail any special requirements of the contractor related to the execution of such funds.
