- Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued for an Indefinite Quantity Contract consisting of a (2) two-year base and three (3) one-year options. Items being procured, NSN: 4020-01-365-3115 (estimated annual demand quantity = 425 EA) and NSN: 4020-01-337-3185 (estimated annual demand quantity = 634 EA) are used on the CH-47 Chinook Helicopter. Both items are procured to part numbers - part number Ocean Products Research, Inc (cage# 27232 p/n: DSG-5-11K) and Certified Slings, Inc (cage# 57282 p/n: 0086-CSI-11K) for NSN 4020-01-365-3115 and part number Ocean Products Research, Inc (cage# 27232 p/n: BOS-14-K7) and Certified Slings, Inc (cage# 57282 p/n: 0086-CSI-25K) for NSN 4020-01-337-3185. RFP will be issued as 100% Small Business Set-aside. Required delivery will be 120 Days. Delivery: All shipments will be DLA Direct (Stocking Depot Delivery) located in the US. Requested pricing will be FOB-Destination. No technical data/drawings exist for either of the required items. Both are procured to the Ocean Products research and Certified Slings Inc part numbers cited above. Award will be made based on Best Value to the Government considering Automated Best Value Scores (ABVS) of vendors.
