- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is requesting quotes for the procurement of new (not refurbished) Commercial-Off-The-Self (COTS) Ruggedized Laptops. Only quotes from socially and economically disadvantaged business (SEDB) 8(a) certified firms will be accepted. The Contractor must be an authorized reseller of the equipment and will be responsible for the purchase, delivery and warranty of the equipment. Qualified vendors must submit responses no later than 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time on June 14, 2010. All responses to this request for quote must be in writing and on company letterhead. Please include a completed schedule (attached), Business Declaration Form (attached) and proof of SEDB 8(a) certification.
