- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for HUBZone small business participation. The associated NAICS code is 424720. The small business size standard is 100 employees. The Product Service Code is 9130. The Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the lowest price. Solicitation number BPD-AFRG-10-CI-0008, all incorporated provisions and clauses, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41. All vendors must be registered and current in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), (http://www.ccr.gov) and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) (https://orca.bpn.gov). Unless amendments are issued extending the solicitation, the offers are due by 2:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST), June 10, 2010. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and emailed to psb1@bpd.treas.gov - Attention D. Dayton - CS, no later than Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 2:00 P.M., ET. All questions received by this date and time will be addressed via an amendment to the solicitation. We cannot ensure that questions submitted after this deadline will be answered. REQUIREMENTS: The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) is contracting to acquire the purchase and delivery of 45,000 gallons of Diesel Fuel #2, ultra low sulfur, to be delivered to two 25,000 gallon above ground storage tanks in Gulfport, Missmisippi. Delivery is to be made to The AFRH, 1800 Beach Drive, Gulfport, MS 39507-1508, between the dates of July 6, 2010 and July 9, 2010.
