- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division intends to solicit Axis Products, Inc. on a sole source basis for Mine Roller System Welded Suspension/Torsion Arm Assemblies (3800 each). Currently, Axis Products, Inc. is the only Government-certified/approved provider of torsion arm assemblies. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Therefore, it is in the Government's best interest to purchase these Suspension/Torsion Arm Assemblies from Axis Products, Inc., since it is the only Government-certified/approved provider of these components.NAICS CODE: 336350
