- The United States Government seeks to determine the availability of Office Space consisting of approximately 4,659 RSF to 5,082 RSF yielding a minimum of 4,235 contiguous ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). The available space must meet Federal Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The space must be on airport property at Stewart International Airport, New Windsor, NY or within a 5-minute drive of the airport terminal building during peak rush hour periods. Expressions of availability must be submitted to the above address or email by 5:00 pm EST no later than June 10, 2010 and must include the following information: Building name and address and location of available space within the building. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, FULLY SERVICED. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes and amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. Date of space availability. Method of rental space measurement. Building ownership information. Amount of parking available on site and its cost. Include whether the expected rental rate includes the cost of required Government parking (if any). Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. List of building services provided.
