- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to enter into a Sole Source contract with Neptunic Technologies, Inc., 2308 Kettner Blvd, Ste D, San Diego, CA 92101-1283 to conduct research, development, testing and evaluation with their existing proprietary materials and to develop a prototype garment integrating research results from these proprietary materials. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Neptunic, as the developer and owner of the proprietary fabrics that NSWC PCD has a requirement to evaluate, is the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy NSWC PCD Requirements. Delivery of all products and deliverables under this contract will be to the Naval Support Activity Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Ave, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7018. The NAICS code is 314999 and the FSC is 8415. The small business size standard for this procurement is 500 employees.
