- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) located in San Francisco plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain Pest Control services for San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, California 94121 for Base Year, Oct 1, 2010 to Sep 30, 2011 with four (4) option years. This acquisition is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses with preference given to Serviced-Disabled Veteran Owned and Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 561710 and the size standard is $7.0 million. Product Service code of AD21 applies. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, parts, supervision, management and transportation necessary to perform integrated Pest Management Control services (except mechanical or physical structure changes) in accordance with specifications, terms and conditions of this contract. Contractors must be registered in following websites to be considered: Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) AT https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx and VETBIZ registry http://vip.vetbiz.gov The Solicitation number VA-261-20-RP-0174 will be posted on/about Jun 10, 2010 with a due date of July 9, 2010 by 4pm, PDT.
