- Description
- The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Elkton will issue a solicitation to obtain bag-in-box drink mix. This solicitation will be made available on or after June 1, 2010. This requirement is for the 4th quarter of Fiscal Year 2010, which begins on July 1, 2010, and ends on September 30, 2010. The FBO is destination. The delivery starting date is July 1, 2010. Deliveries will be made to the FCI Elkton Food Service Warehouse at 8730 Scroggs Road, Elkton, OH 44415. Failure to comply with the stated item specifications could result in your quoted item not being considered for award. No specification substitutions will be accepted. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award this requirement item by item, by groups of items, or in the aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government. Any bids received for each line item will be evaluated on the basis of cost per gallon of yield. Please ensure that both the mix ratio and the cost per gallon of yield are noted on your bid. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 27, 2010, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation.
