- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE, PROPOSAL OR AN INVITATION FOR BID. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR REVIEWING AND PRINTING IN APPROXIMATELY 5-20 DAYS AFTER THE RESPONSE DATE ON THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. The Government requires the services of two contractor personnel to develop, along with the Army, attack scenarios and solutions at the strategic, operational and tactical levels of convoy operations. The contractor shall refine concepts from results/insights gathered from their involvement in training events to develop the most optimum configuration for Current and Future Convoy Forces by providing the best convoy leadership training product using the latest technologies to immerse the Soldier into a virtual battle space. Offer effective training tools, integration services (VBS2 and FBCB2), and geographically accurate terrain to train leaders and convoy teams to adaptively think and learn how to make critical decisions while traveling in or commanding convoy operations. The acquisition is proceeding as a Request for Proposal(RFP) and is Open and Unrestricted. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541990. The size standard for this code is $7,000,000.00 This procurement is being conducted as a commericial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12, using subpart 13.5 test program procedures. The award of a firm-fixed price contract with a base year and one option year is anticipated. Important Note: Solicitation documents can be accessed ONLY via FedBizOpps.
