- The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Langley Research Center(LaRC) is hereby issuing an abbreviated DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for LangleySimulation and Aircraft Technical Services (LSATS). The general scope is to acquiresimulation related hardware and software technology support services to provide analysis,design, development, verification, validation, operations, maintenance, modification, andsystems integration for the LaRC Flight Simulation Facilities and Research AircraftSystems. A Draft Solicitation (NNL10ZB1016J) with Cover Page, Exhibits and Attachments are postedfor review and coments.The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541519 and $25.0M, respectively. The anticipated release date of the Final RFP NNL10ZB1016R is on or about July 1, 2010with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about August 12, 2010. Prospective offerors are invited to submit written comments or questions to: SandieWallace via email at sandra.wallace@nasa.gov, by no later than June 9, 2010. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing (e-mail or FAX).Telephone questions will not be accepted. An ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note 'B'. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over theInternet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may beaccessed using a WWW browser application.
