YOU MAY FAX OR MAIL YOUR REQUEST. **TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED** (EMAIL: ruth.ferguson@us.army.mil ) **THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, U.S.C., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, U.S.C., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. ** By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore, foreign request for this solicitation will not be honored. The Government proposes to acquire on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement a minimum quantity of 5, up to 15 maximum, of a Damper, Flue, NSN: 4520-01-089-4557, Part Number 11453912 applicable to the PATRIOT Missile System. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 5; 2nd Year, 5 and 3rd Year, 5. Submission of a quantity of (1) one, Government Tested First Article is required. The proposed contract listed herein is 100% small business set aside. Destination to be furnished. Delivery Schedule 290 days after contract award, 100 days for delivery of First Article and 90 days testing and 100 days Production. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
