- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Seven (7) Farval units: each automatic lubrication unit shall be a Farval Model CS22101-SP Central Station with 100 pound grease reservoir, DR45 reversing valve, 460/480 volt motor, transformer, motor starter, and SS2200 solid state timer. Spare parts shall be supplied and consist of: Reversing Valve Repair Kit, Part No. KIT12861A (7 each) Cycle Switch, Part No. FT15801C8 (3 each) Gauge, Part No. U902F (3 each) Shipping F.O.B. Destination for all items identified to the respective powerhouse at Eufaula, Keystone and Tenkiller stations in Oklahoma. One 8-hour on-site assistance visit by contractor's assigned Farval representative for startup assistance on one or more of the automatic lubricating units at Eufaula Powerhouse, Rt 2, Box 9500, Porum, Oklahoma, 74455 (7 miles SW of Porum on SH71).
