- RFQP01191000010 Subsistence Cover Letter The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Gilmer, WV, intends to issue solicitation RFQP01191000010 for the provision of various Subsistence products. The contract period shall consist of the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2010 (July-September). The solicitation will be made available on/about May 27, 2010, and will be distributed solely through this website. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides downloading instructions to obtain all documents relating to this solicitation. All future information concerning this acquisition, including the solicitation and any subsequent amendments, will be distributed through the website.
