- It is the intent of the Government to acquire on a sole source basis from Duty Gear Uniforms under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; the requirement will include uniforms and Common Tables of Allowance (CTA) equipment and DASGs whom will provide security operations on Redstone Arsenal, AL. Duty Gear Uniforms is the only known vendor whom could maintain stock of required items to meet a five business days turn around on requirements which included alterations, sewing patches and name tags on uniforms and located within commuting distance of Redstone Arsenal, AL. The period of performance is 12 months with a one (1) year option. This notice of intent should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue formal Request for Proposals (RFPs) or contracts. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary. Responses to this notice will not serve as proposals, bids, or offers which could be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
