Description
Principal Components of the Work is as follows: Removal of the existing spillway stoplog guides and seats, which includes removal of existing mild steel rock bolts, removal of existing stainless steel anchor bolts, removal and disposal of existing grout and epoxy; cleaning and storing existing stoplog guides and seats; furnish and place replacement non-shrink grout in core holes. The work is located at Canyon Ferry Dam, approximately 17 miles northeast of Helena, Montana in Lewis and Clark County. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or around June 11, 2010. The bid opening will be held at least 30 days after the date the solicitation has been issued. The bid opening will take place at the Bureau of Reclamation's Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $250,000 to $500,000. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 237990. The small business size standard is $33.5 Million. This acquisition is unrestricted. Upon issuance of the solicitation, prospective contractors shall submit a request to the Contracting Officer in order to receive the drawings on CD.
