- RECOVERY ACT - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A NOTICE FOR SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. THE ACTION DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A TASK ORDER TO AN EXISTING BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA No. DOLQ101A21440). THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. This opportunity is available only to Mathematica Policy Research, Inc. under contract number DOLQ101A21440. The Employment & Training Administration intends to award a modification in the amount of $130,000 to Mathematica Policy Research, Inc. These funds are provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The contractor will conduct a management review of the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) certification process.
