- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on a sole-source basis to AAI Corporation, 124 Industry Lane, Hunt Valley MD, 21030-0126 a contract for Qty 1 SPS- 48 TSSS FE PN 33375-41005-20, Qty 1 SPQ-9B TSSS FE PN 33375-41022-20, Qty 2 SPS-73 FE PN 33375-41023-20, Qty 1 SM-909-IFF PN 33375-41011-10, and Qty 2 VGC PN 33375-41009-10. Delivery shall be not later than 11 months after the receipt of the contract. FOB Destination shall apply. Brand name or equal is not acceptable due to the need for 100 percent compatibility to existing equipment. No other parts will satisfy the Government's requirement. The closing date is 01 June 2010 @ 2:00 p.m. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 173632 Dahlgren Road Suite 157, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100.
