- This is a notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC) at Fort Sam Houston, TX to award a purchase order for 12 months to Concentrated Knowledge Corp, Concordville, PA, to provide a subscription-based database of business management and leadership development books and executive clinical information. This is a sole source procurement, the CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with Concentrated Knowledge Corp, under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The NAICS code for this procurement is 511199 and the size standard is 500 employees. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers. Award will be made on or about 15 July 2010. The performance period will be 30 September 2010 through 29 September 2011.
