- Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Wheels E&I Conveyor Realignment The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, design and installation necessary to change the wheels inspection area from Figure 1 to Figure 2 (see Performance Work Statement). It is anticipated this will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price contract with one line item for all labor and materials to accomplish the requirement.
