- The Government intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Artisent, Inc. for Computer Aided Design (CAD) Master CAD drawings for the Advanced Combat Helmet (ACH) and the Enhanced Combat Helmet (ECH); with Screwless Retention System design.
