- This requirement is open for Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders. The U.S. Army Reserve Contracting Center, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has an Requirement No. W81YJR0112N024 for Lodging and Related Services for the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program Event 1 & 2, 402nd Civil Affairs Battalion from 10-12 June 2010. LODGING EVENT LOCATION: PUERTO RICO. Contractor is to provide: Lodging approx. 50 per night, two (2) Breakout Rooms to accommodate approximate 75 people, One Breakout Room to accommodate 15 children (ages 6 weeks to 10 years old), One (1) Breakout Room to accommodate approximate 6 people, two (2) small break out room for counseling sessions. Meals (Breakfast & Lunch,) and Break Refreshments for 75 people. Audiovisual Equipment, color copier/printer, Internet Service or Wireless in the facility, and signage. The due date to submit your quote is June 4, 2010. The North American Industry Classification System (NAISC) code is 721110. The size standard is $7 million. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov for any information/amendments.
