Draft PWS Task: To fullfill all Importer Security Filing (ISF) "10+2" requirements for Department of Defense import shipments. The government is seeking information to determine the following: 1. Company Name & Address 2. POC Name/Telephone/Email 3. Size/Status for NACIS Code 561410: (Check all that apply) 4. ____Small Business; ____Veteran-Owned Small Business; ____Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business; ____Small Disadvantaged Business; ____Woman-Owned Small Business; ____Large Business 5. Please provide your Central Contractor Registration (CCR) number or Commercial And Government Entity (CAGE) code number 6. Are these services considered commercial in accordance with the following definition: "Services of a type offered and sold competitively in substantial quantities in the commercial marketplace based on established catalog or market prices for specific tasks performed or specific outcomes to be achieved and under standard commercial terms and conditions." 7. If yes, please list a few of your customers other than the government 8. How are your commercial contracts for these services normally priced (i.e. monthly service fee, per hour, per unit, firm fixed price, reimbursables, etc.) (Please be specific) 9. What are the standard commercial practices if the contractor is late or fails to provide acceptable service? Are damages assessed? How? What type? 10.
