- RFQ PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this request. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation parts 12 and 13. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing this acquisition as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number LDQ003234. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 334516, Other Computer Related Services. The size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. Brand Name Justification- Only Brand Name items are acceptable for this procurement The Federal Bureau of Investigation Laboratory CBRN Sciences Unit has a requirement for a Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer (GCMS) system. The GCMS system must be compatible with existing instrumentation in use at the FBI Lab which consists of an Agilent Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer with a low thermal mass oven, dual flame phosphorus detector and a Gerstal multipurpose auto sampler. The GCMS system just described is the only system that is compatible with the existing instrumentation currently in use at the Federal Bureau of Investigation Laboratory CBRN Sciences Unit. Agilent gas chromatograph Model 7890 (low thermal mass oven) 3. Must Have EI and CI ionization capabilities 4. dual flame photo ionization detector 5. Must Include a Gerstel MPS2 HS Multipurpose auto sampler capable of liquid injections, headspace sampling and SPME with stirring option. 6. include any necessary hardware or software to interface the Agilent Gas Chromatograph LTM oven, the mass spectrometer, the dual FPD and the Gerstal MPS2 autosampler. 7. Wiley and NIST libraries, 8. AMDIS deconvolution software 9. Gersetel Maestro software must be included for full integration instrument control within chemstation software. The Government requests a discount from your current GSA pricing catalog.
